Dragoș Vodă Bison Reserve

Bison Reserve
"Dragoș Vodă"

Meet the giants of the Carpathians

Here you can see the mighty European bison (Bison bonasus) – a symbol of the Carpathians, successfully brought back to Neamț – in a controlled habitat and, more and more often, in the wild. The setting is generous: 11,500 hectares of forests and clearings north of Vânători-Neamț, home also to bears, red deer and roe deer.

Come with patience and leave with stories.
